Peace of mind has its own value. With this in mind, The Kitchen Centre offers a guarantee that ensures our customers that our exceptional service will continue well into the future.

A lifetime labour warranty means that all labour, including joinery, plumbing and electrics will be free of charge for the life of the fitted furniture. This means if your drawer runner fails 10, 15 or even 20 years later, we will call out and repair it for free. No other company in the Northeast offers this service.

The Kitchen Centre also offers a 2 year parts warranty on everything we manufacture.

5 year M.O.T service

The Kitchen Centre understands the need for a commitment to quality and in so, gives you the customer, that extra little piece of confidence that you’ve made the right choice by offering you this exclusive service.

Once a year for the first 5 years of the life of your furniture, the option of your free M.O.T check will be available to you. The Kitchen Centre will send our dedicated and expert tradesmen to perform a complete top to bottom check of your fitted furniture and correct things such as misaligned doors, faulty fittings and corroded sealant, all of which is free of charge.
